Part rustic American restaurant, part modern saloon, this new LoDo favorite pairs wood-fired cooking with more than 360 whiskeys from around the world. There’s also whiskey on tap, a custom-crafted whiskey cart stocked with whiskeys from an impressive reserve list, and a drink menu featuring craft cocktails, local beers (including a dozen on tap), and small production wines.

You’ll likely spot Executive Chef Jeffrey Wall at work in the restaurant’s open kitchen, where a seven-foot wood-fired hearth and an imported French rotisserie fuel his creative spirit. Wall hails from Atlanta, where he won raves at Kimball House in Decatur for his scratch-made, sustainably sourced menus - even earning a nod from Southern Living magazine for “Best Restaurant in the South.”
