Step Back in Time at the National Western Stock Parade

Did you know you can step back in time right here in Denver? On January 10, make your way downtown for the National Western Stock Show Parade.
A Colorado tradition, the parade pays homage to a true western cattle drive, complete with horses, cowboys, cowgirls, marching bands, and decked-out floats. This family-friendly event invites people to get dressed up and travel back in time to the Old West. Not only is it a fun way to enjoy your visit to Denver, but it’s also a cool way to catch a glimpse of a different time. With the historic Union Station as the backdrop, the parade will take off from in front of the building at noon and continue on 17th street before ending at 17th and Tremont. We suggest getting there early to snag a good viewing spot. See you back in the Old West!
